Work closely with TDRs to drive the conversion of data generated from field trials to product information and knowledge that can be utilized by growers to maximize productivity.Lead, coordinate, and technically support commercial teams to conduct large block trials on pre-commercial and newly commercialized products to understand on-farm performance.Coordinate and implement systems trial work to optimize agronomic performance of key vegetable varieties with cooperators.
Lead and facilitate the technical training of internal sales teams, dealers and growers on key FABs of the vegetable product portfolio and technologies.Coordinate with Marketing and TDRs on the development and communication of technical product information to growers, dealers, and internal sales teams.
Work cross-functionally on events to promote the vegetable portfolio to growers and dealers through leading field days, grower summits, grower meetings and other customer events.Establishing best practices for product demonstration, training, and knowledge transfer.
